How we handle your personal data

Last updated 24 October 2026

Who we are

CuperMind is based in Singapore. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email address, the topic you choose and your message. We do not ask for more than we need to reply to you.

To protect the form against spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to follow up on it. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

We rely on trusted service providers: Cloudflare hosts this website and checks form submissions for spam, and Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email. These providers may process data outside Singapore. Where they do, we take steps to ensure your data receives protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for any resulting business relationship, and then delete them unless we are required to keep them by law.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, by emailing us at hello@cupermindai.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
